In October of 2020,  I completed the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training here in Savannah, Georgia @ New Yoga Now. I am excited to start off the New Year encouraging others to join me on this new journey. I am currently working on time and place and am open to ideas.  Groups, privates or online. I would love to hear your feedback. Please feel free to reach out to me if there is something you would be interested in. We can talk about Yoga, meditation, chakras and crystals to jewelry and plants. Also don't forget that Yoga is not a one size fits all. There are many different styles and there is something for everyone. I am just so excited to be doing what I love to do.  Just remember it's never too late and you are never too old to start something new. I'm ready for some positive vibes! Let's create + grow in 2021.
